Based in the heart of Deptford, the Albany is a performing arts centre with a history stretching back to the nineteenth century. You can watch everything from ground breaking hip hop theatre to world fusion styles. The venue also hosts 21st Century Tea Dance and Disco Kids events.

The HMT Empire Windrush docked at Tilbury Docks on 21 June 1948. This defining moment, now celebrated as Windrush Day, marks its 76th anniversary on 22 June 2024. Microgrants up to £500 have been awarded to community events and projects to commemorate the day.
